Frequently asked questions
How do i get a quote?
Getting a quote from us is quick and easy. You can call, text, or email our team with a few basic details about your transport. We need the pick-up city, the drop-off city, the year, make, and model of the vehicle, and whether the vehicle runs or needs special loading. Once we have that information, we put your quote together and send it out the same day. Our team is always available to answer questions, explain your options, and help you find the transport schedule that works best for you.
how long does transport usually take?
Transport times vary based on distance, weather conditions, and scheduling. Local hauls are often completed the same day or the next day. Routes within Michigan or nearby states typically take one to three days. Longer multi-state transports usually take four to seven days. These timelines depend on the number of stops along the route, traffic patterns, and seasonal demand. We communicate with you throughout the process to make sure you always know where your vehicle is.
Do I need to be present a pick-up or delivery?
Yes, someone must be present at both pick-up and delivery. This can be you or any trusted representative you choose. The person on-site will help verify the vehicle’s condition and sign the Bill of Lading. This signature confirms that the driver and the customer agree on the vehicle’s condition before it is loaded and after it arrives. It is an important step for protection on both sides.
Can I put personal items in the vehicle?
We recommend removing personal items from the vehicle for safety and insurance reasons. Most carriers allow up to one hundred pounds of personal belongings placed below the window line. However, items inside the vehicle are transported at your own risk, since they can shift or become damaged during the trip. Heavy items can affect loading and unloading, so keeping the vehicle light and clean is always the safest option.
what happens if my vehicle is damaged?
If you see any new damage at delivery, note it immediately on the Bill of Lading and take clear photos. Then contact us so we can assist with filing a claim through the carrier’s insurance. We help guide you through the process to ensure a timely and fair resolution.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, ACH payments, and business invoices for commercial clients. Some transports, particularly long-distance or high-value moves, may require a deposit. Our team will explain any payment requirements before scheduling to avoid confusion. The Bill of Lading is the official inspection report for your vehicle.
-
We transport a wide range of vehicle types including everyday cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, non-running vehicles, classic cars, luxury vehicles, and certain commercial units such as small fleet vans. If your vehicle has special requirements, you can let us know and we will confirm equipment availability.
-
We can transport non-running vehicles. If your vehicle does not drive on its own, it will need a winch or special equipment to load it safely. This usually involves an additional fee based on the weight of the vehicle and the level of difficulty. Our team will ask you a few questions before dispatching the truck so we can make sure we send the right equipment.
-
Yes. All transports are covered under our carrier insurance policy. This protection covers damage that may occur during loading, unloading, or transit. While incidents are rare, having insurance gives our customers peace of mind. We can provide proof of insurance at any time, and we encourage clients to review the coverage for their records.
-
It documents the condition of the vehicle at the time of pick-up, including any dents, scratches, or prior damage. The same inspection is repeated at delivery. This document helps prevent disputes and provides a clear record for insurance if anything unexpected happens during transport. It is the most important document in the transport process.
-
Drivers provide a two to four hour window for both pick-up and delivery. This helps account for traffic, weather, and previous stops. As your driver gets close, they will call or text you with an updated arrival time. We do our best to keep everything predictable so you can plan your day with minimal disruption.
-
Exact pick-up times can be difficult to guarantee due to the unpredictable nature of long routes. Instead, we guarantee a realistic window backed by active communication from your driver. If there are any delays, we notify you immediately. We do everything possible to stay on schedule and respect your time.
